The First Third-Party Wiimote |
|
Datel are ready to release their 3rd-party Wii Remote in Europe in two weeks.
It will go on sale for £29.95 (~AU$74 ~US$60) and can be charged using the supplied USB cable for convenience. It also boasts all features a Wii Remote would be expected to have: rumble, in-built speaker, and motion sensors.

It looks a bit cheap (Like most third-part hardware) but the USB connection sounds nice.

I am sick of always getting batteries for my wiimotes. The built in charger would be very convenient for me.

You could leave it plugged in whenever you are not playing.

Shouldn't it be cheaper, since it is third party or is third party hardware usually more expensive?
