In Canada.... we have many parties! We even had one called the Rhinoceros party (it was a joke party, but in one election it was the forth most voted for party but they didn't win any seats) And when a party loses an election, generally a new leader for each party is elected.

Yes, but our House of Commons controls everything. And it cannot be stopped by the signature of a single person, who is elected from basically a two party system.

Neither can congress. If a bill is vetoed ( rejected) the congress can over rule him by a 2/3 vote.
