I was trying to add reputation to killman but the option only showed me one option that had a 1.

I don't see why this is a problem, just click the bubble next to one and press submit.

If someone is helpful

starts a good topic, makes you laugh, or you just feel like it, you can reward them with a +1 reputation. Its a friendly thing to do, like a pat on the back, so really the rules around giving them are pretty slim. Of course you can -1 reputation someone too if they have been ignoring the rules for example. So the better member you are the more your reputation

I have just realized a problem with the system that I am currently working on. If you try to add +Rep to anyone that already has a total of one reputation, it will not work.
